FAQ

HOW DOES PRICING WORK?

Pricing varies depending on the size of the design, level of detail and placement. Once I have all the details from you, I'll send an estimate via email or DM. If you're working to a budget, let me know and we can chat about adjusting the design or size to make it work for you.

1. Flash Designs
Most flash pieces fall between $180–$300, though larger or more intricate designs may go beyond this range.

2. Custom Designs
Custom pieces start from $350 (inclusive of the design/drawing fee), with final pricing depending on size and complexity.

3. Freehand Designs
Freehand work is drawn directly onto the skin on the day, so please allow extra time for your appointment. This adds $50 to your flash or custom price.

4. Full Day Rate $800
for a full day session that runs 6–8 hours, with breaks and lunch included. We can spend the day on one large piece or fit in a few smaller pieces. Payment on the day of your appointment can be through cash or bank transfer.

Please don't hesitate to enquire about payment plans or sliding scale pricing that I offer to BIPOC and trans clients.

STUDIO LOCATION & ACCESSIBILITY

I work from a private studio in Naarm (Melbourne), by appointment only. Once your appointment is confirmed, I'll send you the exact address.

• The studio is on the ground floor, with no stairs required to enter. Street parking is available, with ramp access onto the footpath. Building bathrooms are also located on the ground floor, however they are not wheelchair accessible due to their size.

• The studio is shared with one other tattoo artist at a time, so there may be two of us working simultaneously.

• Privacy screens are available if you'd prefer a more private space during your appointment.

Let me know if you would like to bring one support person to your appointment.

DO YOU OFFER FULL DAY SESSIONS?

I charge $800 for a full day session and these run for about 6–8 hours, with breaks and lunch included. We can spend the day on one large piece or fit in a few smaller pieces.

DO YOU OFFER CONSULTATIONS?

Free 30-minute consultation slots are available for larger or more complex designs (e.g. sleeves, chest, or back pieces). Mention this in your enquiry form and we can organise a time.

AFTERCARE

Proper aftercare makes a big difference in how your tattoo heals and how it looks long-term, especially with fine-line work. After your session, I'll walk you through everything; you can also find the full instructions below for reference anytime.

• Your tattoo will be covered with second skin (or gladwrap, if you have sensitive skin). Leave second skin on for 3 days, unless it starts lifting, leaking excessively, or causing irritation, in which case, remove it early and wash the area. If using glad-wrap, remove after a few hours and follow the washing steps below.

• Once removed, wash gently with fragrance-free soap and lukewarm water, then pat dry with a clean towel - don't rub.

• Apply a thin layer of Bepanthen 1-2 times a day for the next 1–3 weeks. Always use clean hands when doing so.

• Avoid soaking the tattoo - no baths, pools, or ocean swimming until fully healed.

• Avoid direct sun exposure; use SPF once healed to protect the design long-term.

• Wear loose clothing over the area to prevent friction.

• Don't pick, scratch, or peel any flaking skin.

• Avoid gym/heavy sweating for the first few days.

• Healing typically takes 2–4 weeks. If you notice excessive redness, swelling, or discharge beyond normal healing, contact me or a healthcare provider.

• Touch-Ups: Fine-line and delicate work can settle or fade slightly as it heals, which is completely normal. I offer one free touch-up within 12 months of your original appointment, provided aftercare instructions were followed. Touch-ups after this window, or for tattoos that weren't cared for properly, may incur a small fee.
